1. Free Shipping

We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States and worldwide. You will not pay anything extra for shipping, regardless of your order size.

2. Processing & Production Time

Since every item at VisionFlowFashion is custom-made and printed specifically for you upon order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production, quality control, and packaging before your order ships out.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped, the average delivery time is 7 to 14 business days.
Please note that this is an estimated timeframe under normal operating conditions. Unforeseen circumstances—such as customs delays, extreme weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or peak holiday seasons—may occasionally cause minor delays beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey right to your doorstep.

5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. VisionFlowFashion is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately.
