Your order is not considered accepted until acceptance has been confirmed by VisionFlowFashion. For your order to be accepted, your payment must be received and processed by us. Please check your order carefully before submitting it; once an order is accepted, VisionFlowFashion may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, or if an order is not accepted, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance processes, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

VisionFlowFashion is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sale and purchase transaction you make on our store is directly with VisionFlowFashion. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and VisionFlowFashion, and bears no liability whatsoever, including for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the products and services purchased. You hereby explicitly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or connected with your purchases and transactions with VisionFlowFashion.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) at any time without notice, at our sole discretion, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

The following sections will survive any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions which by their nature should survive termination.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VisionFlowFashion, Shopify and its affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any loss, damage, liability, or claim (including reasonable attorneys' fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.

We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification; however, a delay in notification will not eliminate your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may conduct the defense and settlement of such claims, including the choice of counsel, at your expense; however, we will not agree to any settlement that creates a non-monetary obligation for you without your consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
